Hi! My name is Selene, thanks for checking out my tumblr. I have been obsessed with real estate for a veryyy long time. I am definitely that person that can sit on a computer for hours just looking at houses on realtor.com or looking through gorgeous pictures of houses on the internet. I am known to drag any willing participant to an open house, yep my obsession is bad.

I have been contemplating a career in real estate for a while now and finally it’s happening. I am currently taking real estate courses at Temple University and will be receiving my license in mid-June! How EXCITING!!

Going to real estate school has been a lot of fun and I have met some great people but the most exciting part has been all the cool random stuff I’ve learned about real estate that I had absolutely no idea about! It has inspired me to create a blog
where I could post quick tips on investing/renting/buying and saving that people my age/people that have zero knowledge of real estate could relate to. Most importantly since I’ve always been obsessed with looking at house pictures I figured it would be awesome to start a blog where I could post pictures
of properties right here in Philadelphia. If you’re curious or actually beginning to think about eventually buying a house in philly this is definitely the blog for you.

Last but not least, tumblr is way too fun not to post random stuff from time to time. My hopes for this blog is that it’s a fun interesting blog with not much blabbering and lots of pictures to reblog hahah
